It was that time again; Keetin was sure of it. Although he still didn't have as much experience as some of the other queenriders, it was hard to miss the intensifying of his beloved Lauruth's hide. Thanks to the long wait for her maiden Flight, Keetin had drilled himself quite well in what he needed to do on his end before, during, and after the Flight. Of course...the latter two...some experience definitely helped. It was easy to put up a notice to let everyone know that Lauruth would Rise soon, that his door was open. Actually...even the pre-Flight stuff was not that easy, not all of it at least. Keetin still had to gauge which day was likely to be THE day so that he could warn the other queenriders. Even if zultanites were not as possessive of their suitors as golds tended to be, there was nothing stopping said golds from being jealous of Lauruth. Any rider worth his or her knots knew better than to risk a fight between dragons.

With a little help from the more experienced queenriders Keetin was able to pinpoint the day he was fairly confident Lauruth would Rise. With Venna's help he quickly and easily sent notice. The suitors needed no warning, not with the way their dragons were sure to be tuned into Lauruth...who was sound asleep.

Despite the tingle in the air, the anticipation of what was to come, Keetin made himself focus on work. He could not afford to shirk his duties for who knew how many candlemarks until his beauty awoke. However he also didn't want to be caught out in the middle of the Weyr Yard or something when the Flight began. Thus Keetin opted to work on paperwork, anything and everything that he could easily do in/near his apartment. He even dressed rather loosely for the day, a simple shirt and loose pants that could easily be stripped off. When Lauruth was Caught he would be in no mood for dealing with clothes, specifically taking them off. Clothes got in the way when lust held the reins.

Almost as if his thoughts held some sort of strange power, said fire suddenly woke within him, setting his blood to a boil. Keetin smirked and set aside his work, though the smirk soon faded into a look of intense concentration. Lauruth was up and she was ravenous, as all Rising dragons tended to be. Thankfully she wasn't quite as bad as golds were rumored to be-or maybe Keetin was that good at battling wills with her to get her to blood only. Who knew? Not like he would ever have a Flight with a gold to compare the two. However, gold or not, Lauruth was a queen ready to Rise. She wanted meat and she wanted it NOW! She made her ire well known to Keetin when he kept insisting she blood only. No matter how hard she pushed however, he only pushed back with equal force until she finally relented with a growl, draining the herdbeasts she had downed.

Any of the males that got too close to her were also growled at, Lauruth warning them to stay out of her space. Her growls weren't all that grumpy though. When it came to Flights Lauruth tended to be playful and flirty-but she still wouldn't tolerate overeager boys and gave them due warning for getting too close.

The second she finished blooding the last beast Lauruth launched herself into the air, bugling a challenge to the males. If they wanted her they would have to prove themselves to her, no matter how she adored them. And adore them she did, particularly the large turnout. As a zultanite she enjoyed an incredibly large and diverse pool of males. Only the largest of pewters had the rare chance of Catching a gold and the blues...only a giant like Verikath stood any chance and he was likely the only blue on Pern large enough to do so. But Lauruth? Her Flights were not quite as grueling and thus she had the pleasure of being Chased by possibly every male in the Weyr, except the pyrites. Bronzes, browns, blues, pewters all flew in the air behind her and Lauruth relished it.

Bronze and blue, pewter and brown, she sang as she finally got high enough in the sky to start properly playing with the boys, a rainbow of hues, of hides, all for me. Lauruth sighed dramatically and spun like a drill, wings folded close until she had to open them and catch herself. However will I be able to choose only one of you? Dazzle me boys, help me with this torturous decision!

If he weren't already swept away with her, Keetin would have made a fake-gagging sound at Lauruth. She really was too much sometimes. At least she meant what she said: she basked in the glow of so many eyes on her shining form. Any one of them could be the one she twined with-she just had to choose. As for Keetin, he was about as ready as he could manage. The ties on his trousers were left loose and he'd opted to toss his shirt away. Let the riders of Lauruth's suitors get a peek at what they'd win should their dragon be chosen. It was one less piece of clothing in the way for the moment Lauruth made her choice.

((Ahhhh I'm late! By three whole day! But here it is, just one round, and if all you do is post one paragraph about your boy jumping in the air after her it'll work. XD Keetin's door is wide open to any riders who wish to be there. And um...seeing as this is three days late...I still want a week to give everyone plenty of time so the Flight closes on the 28th. And I WILL sharding be on time next Monday. X_X))

Siorbheth was watching the Zultanite sleep from the comfort of his pavilion. He knew she would rise soon and he was eager to give chase. The blue wasn't a frequent chaser, preferring to chase a select few dragons which he enjoyed being with. Lauruth was one of them. He liked her personality and she was a beautiful Zultanite in her own right and to have the added bonus of her being a clutcher the blue was eager to chase her again. His 6 children form their first time together were all grown and in the fighting wings now. He only remembered them because he made it a point to pay attention and when he struggled to recall R'mia was there to remind him.

R'mia could feel Siorbheth's anticipation and was very amused by it all. He knew his blue would chase Lauruth till his wings fell off, always holding the Zultanite in a special spot due to having his first clutch with her. It was an opportunity the blue had never even considered as a possibility for him. How rare it was indeed for a blue to catch a clutcher. He was fine with Siorbheth chasing just as he was also glad Keetin was keeping his door open, R'mia had enjoyed his time with the younger man and being his first male partner.

The surge of lust flooding over him was a clear indication Laurath was awake and reading to rise. R'mia stood and made his way to Keetin's apartment. Fortunately he wasn't all that far from the Zultanite's own Apartment so by the time Lauruth was blooding her second kill R'mia was slipping into Keetin's apartment.

"A good day for a mating flight," R'mia said huskly, his eyes dark with lust as Siorbheth launched into the air after his queen. "Good luck to her and you both for a good flight."

The moment Lauruth awoke and launched for the feeding grounds, Siorbeth was airborne and selecting his own beast. He kept well away from the Zultanite, letting her have all the space she wanted while she blooded her kill. Normaly the blue never bothered with blooding or even making a kill but this time he wanted all the energy he could get. He sucked the blood out of his herdbeast then let it fall, licking the blood from his lips. When she launched into the air with a bugling challenge, Siorbheth jumped into the air himself, wings beating down hard.

The energy from the blood fueled him, filling his veins with warmth and energy even as his lust set his ichor boiling. He bugled out his admiration and want but he knew he still had to win her favour with action more than noise.

<You are admired by many but not as much as by me. Our first time together was the highlight of my life and it'll only be beat by you, should I prove worthy of you a second time, Siorbheth called out to her. He weaved back and forth among the other males then spun like a drill in imitation of the Zultanite, adding a few twists and dips of his own to show he wasn't just a copycat. His ornate wings beat again as he once more followed her up and up, struggling to keep the pace and still show he was strong, agile and worthy.

When the time came when he felt she was close to making her decision did he present himself to her, wings spread out wide to show all their splendor. His patterning was striking and he knew that. For the entire flight he had shown he was more than good lucks, that he was agile, strong and energetic, hopefully worthy to be chosen by her again.

Fr'an & Blue Mihnoth
Fr'an stood pacing his table. There was paper there with more information then he could process today. He had started on possible dragon healing, what little he knew of healing was from his home, learning to survive was essential, but here it was a living, to heal dragons was more then passion, more then essential, it was life. He dragged his hands along his face, growling in frustration. The irritation was stronger today then normal, pausing in midstep he glanced to where his bonded would nap. Thw blue was standing steady, eyes fixed before him. Moving along the dragon and peeking over, no words were exchanged as they both saw the zulinate touch down.

Mihnoth was quick, his wings open and fueled with lust, he struck a beast far from the beauty as he landed purring at the lovely creature as she growled over her own beast. In the weyr Fr'an ran the length of his barracks as he felt the rush of lust hit more then his mind. He had heard it was open door, so he made his way to the barracks, his eyes scanning the man who stood inside the barracks of the flying girl. He didn't know all by name, but he had done his best to learn all the clutched names. Keetin was the rider this time. He had been in only a couple open flight, quick and green beauties, but this time Mihnoths Confidence and his own wanted to try at something more, something they could be possibly proud of, with a zulanite it was a temptation they wanted to give chase to. With determination in his eyes he stepped forward and greeted both.

"Good flight to you both, may the wind carry us all." He stood a little back, seeing the other man, his own determination.

Mihnoth finished the beast he had, giving way to the glowing beauty before him, he eyed the other male, giving a dragons length of space as he felt was appropriate for both suitors as they eyed the Zultanite. Lauruth took to the sky and he bellowed as excitement took him for a moment. Wonderful and bright like the sun, may your light shine for all those who are so fortunate to be given the privlage to chase you this day. He said to her as he waited for the chase to continue.

Once the flight came to the peek he stretched himself out and tried to fill space, he wanted her to notice him, to see he was a good mate. Strong wings, strong body, that was what all mates wanted, good mates to bear good children, or that's what his instinct told him.

Everyone in a Weyr developed a general sense for which clutching dragon would rise next, though the other females rose frequently enough that it was difficult to keep track. So it was no surprise when Folith started paying particular attention to Lauruth. These days, Keetin was the only queenrider who left his door open, and VIn'del changed his mind repeatedly over the days before the zultanite's Flight, before concluding that he owed Folith any possible advantage. No one could prove that being present and available to the queen's rider increased the chances that your dragon would succeed in his suit - but no one had ever disproved it either.

So he didn't make arrangements with any of the amiable greenriders whose dragons Folith had previously had luck with, or even with any of the lower cavern women. It was likely he would end up there, or perhaps in the bed of one of the other riders if Folith was not chosen. But if Lauruth wanted Folith, and Keetin wanted him, well, Keetin was attractive enough. It wouldn't exactly be a hardship.

He felt Folith's increasing focus starting that morning, and by the time he felt it snap into something more like lust and heat, it had been a candlemark since he last concentrated on the winglists in front of him. It was a relief at that point to follow the slow stream of riders to Keetin's quarters. R'mia was already there, and MIhnoth's rider, Vin'del struggled to recall the man's name, but could only place that he was not in Vin'del's wing. Later, he would remember, but his mind was pulled almost entirely to Folith's at that point. Keetin was....more than attractive enough, and Vin'del had trouble pulling his eyes away from the younger man. Participating in an open queen flight felt a little like having too much to drink, and he tried to relax into that feeling. The consequences would be much better than a hangover, after all. If he woke up next to someone he normally wouldn't try to bed, though as he looked at Keetin he couldn't really remember why the man wouldn't be his type outside of mating flights.

Folith was draining a large herdbeast dry, watching from a distance as Lauruth did the same. He had barely managed to avoid being one of the males she growled at, learning from the mistakes of others where the boundaries of her space actually were. When she launched, bugling, he was not one of the first males off the ground. No, that honor, as usual, went to the smaller males. But Folith followed reasonably quickly. For a bronze, he was fairly agile, and if he turned and maneuvered slower than all the blues and many of the browns, still he managed to stay within range of Lauruth, and when she flirted at them at the peak of her flight, he still had all his energy.

If we fail to dazzle you, he answered Lauruth, watching her spin in the sky admiringly, Surely it is only that you have already dazzled us so completely. He dove to dart near her as she re-opened her wings, not an attempt to catch, but an invitation. Still, I shall do my best though I am sure that no acrobatic tricks or pretty displays could possible make any dragon here truly worthy of your attention. As difficult as it may be, I fear you must choose from among the almost worthy.

Sid'nis...Zultanite Lauruth is getting ready to rise. Do you mind? Iolith asked as he watched the even more glowing Zultanite as she made her way to the corrals to blood her kills.

When have I ever minded you chasing? Go on then. Good luck. Sid asked with a bit of a confusion. He'd never held his blue back from any flight. Generally he joined in the flights, but when he'd been in a relationship he didn't. Iolith didn't tell him that the reason he hadn't been chasing any other female here lately was because he didn't want it to bother Sid in any way. Yes, his rider had taken to sleeping with anyone who struck his fancy, but that was his decision and Iolith didn't want him to feel pressured to join a flight himself if he didn't want to.

Knowing that Sid didn't mind, Iolith flew down to the corrals to watch the lovely dragoness as she blooded her kills. He growled and snapped his tail at the other males around him. Finally, she launched herself into the air and he was fast to pursue her. He answered her challenging bugle with one of his own. His wings beat the air with long strokes. He didn't want to chase too fast. No good flight was ended after the initial launch, so he needed to save his energy. Such a beautiful creature should never be tortured in any way. I promise I will prove my worth to you. He crooned to her. Iolith was a proven blue who'd sired a few clutches now.

Sid knew that Keetin was one of the queenriders that kept his door open, so he headed his way there. For a brief moment he debated going to spend the flight with Rath instead, if the master wanted, but the implications of him not joined the rider of an open flight while single was too much for him to follow through. Steps took him to the younger man's apartment. He knocked on the door before entering. He nodded silently to the others there, but sort of just blended into the background for now.

It wasn't hard to say that she had known before Keetin even had, and Lauruth was his own bonded. Elys had always been more in tune with the dragons than she had with people, not that she minded people at all...just better with dragons. It certainly helped that she could Hear them all and talk with them in a way that felt as natural as talking to Kelpieth or Norieth. She liked to think she was fairly close with Lauruth as well, offering the zultanite the best scratches and in all the right places, or bringing her and Kelpieth a tasty morsel when she got it fresh from the butchers. Although, it hadn't been her place to tell Keetin when the time was right, that was between the dragon and rider and the queenrider needed to learn to recognize the signs. He was doing good though, was on top of things and notified everyone he could think of as the day grew closer and Elysia just smiled at him and reminded him when he was about to leave the apartment without the tacks he would need to post the notices.

For her part, the bluerider just got to sit back and enjoy, lounge around until the time came when she and Kelpieth would be called to action, and she knew when that call rang out, her watery blue would like a raindrop in the sky chasing after the sage beauty. Since the moment they'd realized what was due, the blue only had eyes for the zultie, his queen and the only one he wanted to follow. He crooned and sang to her whenever he had the chance, lavished her with nuzzles or kept her dry with his wings whenever the weather shifted. Kelpieth was devoted to her and he wanted to prove that to her, even if she didn't call his name when they were high up in the skies, and so he did everything he knew how to do to show her in those preceding days.

The day that Keetin swore would be the day, Elys had kept her morning pretty light and easy, especially so since drills had been called off for the morning at least, since most of the males were no condition to focus. Kelpieth was likely the worst of them too, having blooded his kills that morning and then staking a claim to the highest perch above the feeding pens and hunkering down to wait, eyes on the sage beauty across the way who dozed away most of the morning. Shaking her head, the bluerider went back to her calisthenics, a way to keep herself limber and occupied for the time being, giving her something else to focus on other than the surmounting voices of rutting males echoing in her mind. She'd wanted to go to Keetin that morning, be with him and just cuddle on the couch or something, but she also thought it best to give them each a little room to prepare in their own ways. However, she did keep an ear on certain zultanite, waiting for Lauruth to stir just as anxiously as her own bonded did.

Finally, they both seemed to sense it at once, a stirring in the air and a flutter in their chests as the Zultanite Queen began to rouse. Kelpieth clawed at the stone beneath his feet, whirling facets watching her keenly as she rose to her feet and he lowered down on the ledge, crouching low and ready to spring into the air after her the moment she took off. Elys felt the desires rising within her, bubbling up from her core and felt a smile creeping over her lips as she abandoned her work out for something a bit more appealing. She paused only as long as it took to toss down a few treats for her pets wondering if this time she might be gone for a while. Mozzie and Pricket swooped to nab up the morsels and then perched up high while they chewed, but Shady and Shiny just ate from the plate, the basilisk tearing into the meat and taking large bites, while the gossamer seemed to nab up the little pieces that fell. Content that they'll be just fine if she had to be gone the rest of the day, Elysia left her apartment and locked the door behind her, a heart filled with hope as she jogged toward the familiar apartment she could find in the dark.

He watched hungrily as Lauruth took down a herdbeast and drained it dry, licking his own maw in shadow of her own actions and whirling facets turned a deep lusting red. As she took down another, he could feel his muscles tense, hind quarters adjusting slightly as he readied himself, bracing for the moment when she would take to the skies. The moment she launched, Kelpieth was only a split second behind her, the height of the ledge giving him a slight advantage over the rest of the suitors, but he would never dream of taking that glorious lead away from his beautiful Lauruth and so his first few wing beats were languid enough to help him rise and yet allow her to surpass him. As the zultanite flew by him, the watery blue let out a loving croon and gave into the burst of speed his body desired so much, wings itching to give Chase to the sage queen and he was intent to stay on her tail for as long as he could possibly could.

When she sang out to them, Kelpieth seemed to purr in response, a humming in his throat as he edged just a little closer while he still could. I have always been yours Lauruth, and will show you every chance I get. I will Fly with you to the end of Pern and back again if it means having the chance to prove that to you. The watery blue said with conviction, speaking from his heart and he dove and spun after her playful maneuver and if dragons could smile, he would be as he watched her. Kelpieth could play along as well, he could dazzle her as she so desired and if it was playful flirting that she wanted, then he would give the queen all she could want. The watery blue dipped into his reserves, surging forward and coming up alongside the stunning beauty, their wing tips nearly brushing against each other as they flew. Let me dance with you Lauruth, allow me to amaze you, I promise that I wont disappoint. The blue added, a hint of his usual cheekiness slipping into that tone, and to prove that he meant it the dragon flipped his right wing underneath him and spun himself into a barrel roll that took him up and over the soaring queen until he came back to settle against her opposite side now. A proud bugle escaped him, though he tactfully fell back a few wing beats to allow the queen her space again and his ever present form would be tailing just behind her, eager and undaunted as they danced among the clouds.

Upon the ground, Elysia had reached the queenriders apartment without difficulty, though she did spend a moment leaning just outside the door to catch her breath a little. She didn't want to seem too eager now did she? All hot and sweaty, panting and huffing if she entered now and though others had simply gone inside, she knew her entrance would mean a little more than just another suitor. So as she felt the wind rushing past her, cooling her with the little sprinkle of rain, she caught her breath and rolled her neck and shoulders once more before ducking through the doorway. Elys only had eyes for Keetin the moment she entered the room and it wasn't just the desires of her dragon that gave her such focus, but the flutter in her chest, or the itch in her hands to reach out to him. As she weaved through the other suitors, she barely gave them a passing glance, because there was someone who meant more to her than just another pretty face, and she came to a stop just a few steps away from the zultaniterider, a sweet and impish sort of smile on her lips for the young man. "What? Did you think I wouldn't be here?"/ She asked with a sway of her hip as she rested a hand there, her gaze moving up and down his form with an appreciative eye. "As if we'd sit this one out..." The bluerider finished, reaching slim fingers to her lips and pressing a kiss against them, blowing it toward Keetin as her grin widened mischievously, a look that he would know quite well.

She is looking rather lovely today. I have caught her before. I think I should like to try again.

K'rios looked up from the candidate lesson he was trying to conduct, a frown on his face. He wasn't sure which dragon his own was speaking of, until he caught an image of the familiar zultanite's hide. It wasn't that long ago, maybe a couple of Turns, perhaps three, that his pewter had been the successor of that flight, not only winning Lauruth's favor, but siring a clutch of strong dragons that had gone on to Impress rather successfully. He glanced over at Bellatrix, who was off to the side observing. "I'm sorry to just stop, but there's a flight..."

That's all he apparently needed to say. The Candidatemaster rose, pointed at the door to release him, and he departed. It didn't take long for Iktomith to take his place among the beauty's suitors after that. The pewter crooned as he found his spot, making sure to provide her with plenty of space, while also allowing himself the chance to admire her from a close enough spot that he wouldn't be put too far behind.
Your beauty, as always dear Lauruth, puts all others to shame. May you have a good flight that takes us to the heights and back!

When he arrived where the others had gathered, K'rios made sure he allowed himself the chance to greet Keetin politely. He bowed before the queenrider and smiled, though he did not crowd the younger man; instead, he made sure he stepped back as soon as he had done so, and spoke from that distance. "It's a good day for a flight, is it not? May she take us all on an adventure today, Keetin. May her clutch prove fruitful, no matter the results." With his piece said, the man took his leave from the space he had occupied, leaving it open for anyone else who might arrive.

Wojoth was trying to understand the reason behind his rider standing to lock his door when he'd announced that there was going to be a flight. Once, not so long ago, Duke had been eager to enjoy them with him in some way. But for a while now, the bronze had noticed a sudden inclination for him to avoid the urge to go out and do so. The man didn't speak of it, and he wasn't going to pick and push at his mind - he wasn't that kind of a dragon, for which Duke was very much appreciative. But he really did wish his rider would trust him enough to share.

But there wasn't time to do any of that now. Lauruth was rising, and she was glorious. He wasn't going to miss his chance to try and impress her with his prowess, and he was indeed going to show her the abilities, what he could provide her with as both a mate and the father of her children. He only hope that she would give him that chance.

As with the other males that were choosing to fly for their chance as her suitors, he rose and and crooned in response to her call, announcing himself, even if he was one of the few there without a rider participating in the event. He had Duke's support, from his apartment. That's what mattered, and they would have this flight together, even at a distance such as that. Oh Lauruth, without a doubt you are a true treasure of the skies. I shall dance with you on this day, so long as you're able to see my worth as your mate!

Oh this Flight was proving the best yet, at least in Lauruth's opinion. Granted she was not in a state to recall many details, but the zultanite doubted her previous Flights could compare to this one. Certainly there had been a rainbow of hides Chasing her, but there were some new faces on her tail making every effort to, as she'd requested, dazzle her.

Many called out to her, flattering her and teasing her with sweet words. None of them let their words alone do the talking however. Lauruth kept a close watch as a few got quite close to her. Luckily for them they were showing off, not trying to Catch her. She would not be pleased with any who tried to forcibly Catch her. She was not so arrogant and proud that she needed miles of space around her at all times though. As long as the males minded themselves she tolerated them being close to her. Let the golds insist on being dragonlengths ahead; she rather liked being able to keep a close eye on her suitors, not to mention their clever dancing around her. This was so much fun! Lauruth bugled her exhilaration as she flew onward, leading the males on a merry chase. Soon enough she would choose one, for she did not have the stamina that larger queens boasted, but for now she was having too much fun to stop.

On the other hand there was Keetin, lending her what strength he could. It wasn't quite time to give her his all, but he would support her throughout her Flight. Not even the greetings of those riders who chose to show up could distract him-at least not for long. Admittedly his gaze burned into Elysia a little longer than the others but Keetin looked each one over and offered his own polite greetings in turn. Or maybe they were teasing...he wasn't quite sure. Either way he at least knew he responded and that the riders were giving him his space. No funny business was allowed; Keetin would not be happy and neither would the other suitors he was pretty sure. Lauruth would be furious. Nothing inappropriate was happening though so Keetin focused on his beauty high above. She was, finally, beginning to tire.

Who to choose though? Lauruth had meant what she'd said early in the Flight: every one of the males Chasing her had potential. She saw no weaknesses, no flaws in character that made her wish to dismiss any of them. They were all strong in their own right and they were treating her as the queen she was. Only one could be her mate though. Who to choose? Even the bronzes were personable this time!

Lauruth sighed as her wings began to burn and turned to lead the males higher and higher. That is the problem, she called to her followers. You are all dazzling me, all strong and worthy, yet I can only have one mate. Only one. The zultanite sighed again, dramatically, before taking one last look at her options. She had to choose soon if she wanted one of the blues or pewters; they would be tiring already. So many, all good choices, but which did she want now? That was her one saving grace: she would Fly again. There was time still to give them all a chance and even to indulge some more than once, to find one that really tickled her fancy. For now though...

Do you really wish to end my torture? she whispered into one particular blue's mind. Then Catch me Iolith, prove that you can Chase away my torment.

The zultanite banked suddenly, twisting so that she spun away from the males and then began to dive, angling herself so that only her chosen one could easily reach her. It was time to dance together.

A look of longing mixed with reassurance was flashed to those around him as Keetin came back himself for a moment. Lauruth's mate was one whose rider was there and thus it was to Sid'nis that Keetin ultimately looked, eyes hazing moreso with lust when they beheld him.

Iolith could feel the muscles in his wings beginning to burn. Lauruth, he knew, was a force to be reckoned with. She always gave the males a good chase. He wasn't about to give up easily, it didn't matter how much his wings burned. He still had stamina left to spare for the last leg of the chase. Iolith was sure that she had more overall stamina than he did, but even she had to be tiring by now.

Do you really wish to end my torture? she whispered into one particular blue's mind. Then Catch me Iolith, prove that you can Chase away my torment.

Iolith didn't waste time in speeding up to catch the amazing prize he had just been found worthy to win. Yes, that is my sole wish right now, lovely lady. He crooned back to her as he gently caught her in his talons and began to wrap around her. With me you will know only pleasure, my lovely gem.

Back within Keetin's weyr Sid'nis had began to focus entirely on his dragon and what he was doing. He could feel how much his wings burned, but still he encouraged him to give it his all. When the choice was made Sid allowed his focus to return to the room and those around him, though he only really had eyes for Keetin. Having stayed in the back, he slipped through the others so he could get to Keetin. He took a hold of his hand and allowed the zultaniterider to lead him to his room.

(Yay Iolith gets more babies!!)
